However, over the last thirty years, our schools and propaganda have instilled in our children a deep sense of guilt and shame. They are made to feel responsible for the crimes of their British ancestors, who ventured and developed the country they now call home. This narrative, pushed by the ultra-leftists, is leading Australia into a dangerous territory where citizens are being classified based on their bloodline, and it is causing societal division and discrimination. The impact of the classification had deeply affected me. I was unjustly labeled as a child of a “black element” and bullied by other kids, and I struggled to believe in the Chinese government and feel a sense of belonging and love for China.
When can all Australians call this fertile land their motherland?
When can all Australians be equal under the national flag? Or are the children of criminals forever criminals? Then, what is the purpose of reconciliation?
It’s time to review our curriculums and propaganda to raise new Australians who are proud of this country, which gives us freedom, justice, equality, peace, and love.
